We are super excited to have you celebrate our wedding celebration in Aruba. We wanted to let you know a few things:

1. We selected the RIU Aruba Palace so you can bring your children both to the hotel as well as the wedding venue.

2. You must book your stay at the RIU Aruba Palace through this website via the 'Book Now' link at the top of our website main page - this is an ALL INCLUSIVE booking at the RIU Aruba Palace. You will need to book your airline separately.

3. We changed the original wedding ceremony date from July 4th weekend to August 22nd as the airline fees are at least half the price in mid-August than at peak times around the July 4th holiday weekend...

4. We recommend you book your stay at the RIU Aruba Palace as soon as possible to ensure you get your required room booked - as well as lock in your savings.

5. You and your family will need to book at least four nights at the RIU Aruba Palace.

6. Booking your hotel and airline together as a 'package' via travel sites like: Travelocity / Expedia / Priceline / etc. is not accepted.

7. When you book your room(s) through this Destify web portal and at a later time find a lower rate elsewhere, the wedding planning site Destify can certainly price match to help ensure you receive the best possible rate at the time of booking! To submit a price match request, guests would need to follow the steps below:

Step 1: Create your reservation on this site and submit your deposit. Very important - Price Matches will not be approved until the deposit has been placed.

Step 2: Contact Destify guest services via the following email address: GUESTSERVICES@DESTIFY within 24 hours and attach a screenshot of the price you found. Destify is happy to review any rate you find from one of the following companies or websites:

- The resort direct website

- Expedia.com

- Orbitz.com

- Priceline.com

- Hotels.com

- Cheapcarribean.com

- Travelocity.com

In order to have a price match accepted by our price match department, we require a screenshot that includes:

Hotel name, travel dates, room category, number of people in the room, final price, current date is clearly visible (we can only match the current day's rate).

Please note Destify often cannot match a mobile screenshot since we are not able to verify the date. Also, Destify often cannot match nonrefundable or membership rates.
